We take painstaking care when choosing our suppliers. It is a slow process in which we seek both the best ingredients and suppliers who are environmentally-friendly and have values compatible with our own. This work we do together with our suppliers has built partnerships that now are over 15 years old.
The traditional Pão de Queijo Mineirinho, a product that has already conquered the pão de queijo lovers, is also proudly a product by Costafaria; that makes our pledge even fiercer to maintain the best goods on the market.
First-class artisan cheese
Our products contain first-class ripened cheeses: the meia cura, which is artesanally crafted in Minas Gerais with sweet taste and the Brazilian spirit, and the parmesan cheese, more elaborately crafted and with longer ripening period.
It is rich in vitamin E and is a fine antioxidant. Amongst its many benefits for our health, there is the better control of cholesterol; in addition to it, it improves skin health and cell regeneration.
